Grow your own vegetables

Every year the 6th grade starts working in their own garden. In the 7th grade they can harvest what they haven planted. They plant their own vegetables and keep their garden free of weeds and insects by using tools and their hands. No use of any chemicals, so we make our own biological vegetables. We must admit, it's a lot of work, but you can taste the difference! Also the children learn were the vegetables come from, instead of the supermarket......
